Attached are the photos we have of our Ballroom (divides into 3 spaces), one of our Boardrooms, the pre function space and our amazing outside seating We offer: the Entire Ballroom includes Aspen, Birch, Cottonwood and is about 2100 sqft Ea Portion of the Ballroom will fit about 30 guests depending on the set needed. Aspen - 728 sqft Birch – 728 sqft Cottonwood – 644 sqft Each Boardroom will fit up to 15 guests and AV is included in the rental Boardrooms: Spruce – 390 sqft Juniper – 312 sqft We do not allow any outside catering as we have a full menu for guests to chose from.
