In spring 2019, we underwent thoughtful renovations to bring renewed luster to our guestrooms and public spaces, while respecting our history and longevity. A Fort Collins institution, Ace Gillett’s Lounge is a classic speakeasy that makes you feel like you’ve walked back in time, with live music that ranges from 40s swing to soulful piano. Like the Armstrong, Ace Gillett’s remains faithful to craft and authenticity: their cocktails have been carefully curated with Proprietors LLC (the minds behind NYC and Denver's Death + Co) prominent experts in the cocktail industry, with a gastrobite menu that complements and delights.
